Movati Athletic is seeking a people-oriented supervisor to act as a delegate to the Experience Manager. You will coach staff, help achieve sales goals, and ensure members have a welcoming and healthy experience from the moment they enter the club.

In this role you’ll engage with members, match their needs to the right products and services, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit. The position offers a base salary plus commission eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to articulate how you achieved sales success and growth.
• Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate staff to hit sales goals and targets.
• Engage with members to ensure the best possible experience from entry to exit.
• Address questions and resolve concerns to ensure members feel welcome.
