Movati Athletic (Group) Inc is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor who coaches and motivates staff to hit sales goals while delivering an exceptional member experience. You will engage with members, connect needs to Club products, and help guests feel welcomed from entry onward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related customer experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, days, afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach staff to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional member service.
• Motivate the team and share knowledge to achieve targets.
• Interact with members to assess needs and connect them with the right products and services.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a welcoming experience.
