Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a temporary 3-month on-site Member/Client Experience Advisor to help members and clients with banking transactions and digital tools. You will promote Desjardins products, maintain relationships, and provide personalized solutions while adhering to security standards.

You bring at least two years of experience, a high school diploma, and fluency in French. The role emphasizes customer focus, data entry, and compliance within a cooperative banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members and business centres.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.
• Understanding of financial services cooperatives principles.
• Familiarity with convenience products and services and transactional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with Desjardins products and digital tools.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Assist with fraud cases and refer to appropriate partners.
• Stay updated on product standards, services and compliance rules.
• Promote Desjardins products and services across channels.
