Desjardins.ca caisse Vallée de la Matapédia seeks a client experience advisor for a temporary 6-month, full-time on-site role. You will help members and clients with banking transactions, promote Desjardins products, and support digital solutions to improve experiences.

You will ensure compliance, handle security, and identify opportunities for service improvements while maintaining strong relationships across networks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members and related networks.
• Ability to enter data in the systems.
• Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with Desjardins products and services.
• Promote digital tools and assist with transactions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships.
• Refer members to colleagues for specialized needs.
• Assist with fraud or irregularities and refer to partners.
