Job summary

Desjardins Ontario Credit Union - Alexandria Branch is seeking a client experience advisory agent for a five-month, full-time, on-site placement in Alexandria, Ontario. You will help members and clients feel welcome, listen to needs and promote Desjardins products and services while guiding transactions.

This role emphasizes bilingual communication in French and English, adherence to compliance and security, and building relationships to support business development and customer empowerment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Bilingual French and English communication, both oral and written.
Knowledge of Desjardins products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support members by promoting Desjardins products and guiding transactions.
Contribute to business development and maintain relationships.
Assist members who encounter fraud and refer to partners.
Stay updated on standards, products and services.
Adhere to compliance, security and risk rules.
