Job description

Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.

The Manager must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the media space (Traditional and Digital media preferred) and available media research and systems. The Manager helps manage the day-to-day by assuring focus on key client objectives and communicating appropriate resource needs to meet ongoing client goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines (SEM, Social, TV, OLV, OOH, Radio, etc.)
  2. Experience with upper funnel media awareness campaigns
  3. Ability to coordinate with creative agencies on creative assets and account needs
  4. Ability to coordinate with multi-channel teams to design integrated media plans across channels like TV, OLV, Video, Social, Programmatic, and Audio
  5. Comfortable owning and communicating directly with clients on questions/concerns and media initiatives
  6. Helps evaluate timelines and manage daily deliverables
  7. Experience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools, and compiling insights
  8. Managing a large Media Budget and Flowchart
  9. Drive media channel selection and explore new opportunities
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic work and execute client strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, especially in digital media planning and buying
  • Familiarity with tools like Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools, etc.
  • At least 2 years managing junior team members

The salary range for this position is $80k-$85k, based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, among others.
