We're looking for a Community & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes connection—someone who doesn't just post content, but understands the emotional intelligence behind building a loyal, energized brand community. This is more than managing channels—it's being a champion for our mission.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and culture driver, with a deep understanding of the PERFECT Sports brand, our target audience, and the fitness lifestyle we represent.

What You'll Own

Lead the Charge:

· Work in lockstep with Digital Marketing Management and the broader Marketing team to develop a brand-aligned social media strategy that grows engagement, increases brand loyalty, and drives community connection.· Collaboratively develop a content calendar that supports product launches, athlete stories, seasonal campaigns, events and brand moments across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.· Align social strategy with marketing, e-commerce, and athlete relations to amplify cross-functional impact.

Tell Real Stories:

· Collaborate with athletes, creatives, and internal teams to create raw, authentic, high-impact content that moves people and inspires action.

· Leverage the strength of the Marketing team to produce the best content to feed the Social Media Calendar.· Champion content that resonates with our core audiences—especially within the fitness and performance space.

Engage With Intention:

· Be the voice of the brand in DMs, comments, and conversations. Respond with empathy, energy, and relevance.· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with fans, customers, athletes, and ambassadors.

Spot Trends. Set Trends:

· Stay tapped into social culture, emerging platforms, and digital trends—and use them to keep PERFECT Sports ahead of the curve.· Propose experimental or breakthrough creative concepts that align with brand voice and values.

Measure What Matters:

· Monitor KPIs across social platforms, including engagement, reach, community growth, conversions and consistently report progress.· Analyze results, derive insights, and optimize content and strategy based on performance.

Streamline & Scale:

· Use social automation and scheduling platforms to maximize efficiency and consistency.· Apply AI tools and creative software (like Canva or Adobe Suite) to concept, visualize, and iterate quickly.· Maintain a streamlined, scalable process for content creation and approvals.

What You Bring

· 3+ years in social media, digital marketing, or community management.

· Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement.

· Deep understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and digital brand building.

· Proficiency with tools like Later, Hootsuite, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and AI ideation platforms.

· Working knowledge of basic design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.

· A bias for ownership, execution, and measurable impact.
