Job summary

Education First in Toronto, ON is seeking a Material Fulfillment Coordinator to support our sales team. You will track materials, manage inventory, and ensure on-time delivery of brochures, kits, and prints while coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

Fulfilment & Order Execution: pick, pack, and ship printed materials to teams across Canada.
Print Production: operate professional commercial printing equipment for in-house needs.
Inventory & Data Management: maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Excel-Based Tracking & Reporting: manage inventory and fulfillment data in Excel.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination: place orders and coordinate with print partners.
Process Optimization: identify inefficiencies and improve workflows.
Logistics & Vendor Communication: coordinate shipments with couriers and partners.
Special Projects Support: assist with seasonal campaigns and events.
