Job summary

Notified seeks a Marketing Engineer & Director of AEO to own how our brand appears in AI-driven search and traditional engines. You will build automated systems, manage production agents, and partner with Engineering, Content, and Analytics to improve visibility and business impact.

You’ll lead a web team and translate AI and search innovations into scalable workflows, dashboards, and playbooks that drive growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical SEO, AEO or marketing-engineering programs with measurable impact.
• Strong foundation in crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data and site architecture.
• Hands-on coding or scripting to build automation and internal tools.
• Ability to lead production agents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AEO, SEO, and AI-search visibility roadmap across website and content areas.
• Design automated workflows monitoring citation quality, gaps, and technical health.
• Lead a team of web managers and developers; partner with Engineering and Content teams.
• Build dashboards linking visibility improvements to traffic and revenue impact.
