Job summary

Barracuda Networks, Inc. is seeking a sharp, systems-minded SEO specialist to drive AEO/GEO/SEO initiatives for Barracuda.com. You will translate the rapidly changing generative search landscape into actionable steps and execute optimizations within the CMS.

You will partner cross-functionally to improve owned assets so search and generative engines can understand, rank, and cite our content. You will track performance and refine strategy, with EST-friendly remote consideration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern search & LLM ecosystems, including how answers are formed and citations appear.
• Solid technical SEO fundamentals: crawling/indexation, internal linking, structured data, canonicals.
• Strong proficiency using AI tools: ChatGPT, Profound, and agentic environments to accelerate research, mapping, and content systems while maintaining quality control.
• SEO tool mastery: SEMrush, GA4, ScreamingFrog, Adobe Target, Power BI and Search Console for topical research, clustering and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience influencing outcomes through owned content/IA optimization.
• 3-4 years of experience in prior SEO roles at a senior level with GEO skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AEO/GEO/SEO strategy for Barracuda.com, auditing, prioritizing, and editing owned assets across product, solutions, glossary, comparison, and other high-value pages.
• Develop GEO/SEO optimization plans and deliver reporting and insights that clearly explain what changed, what worked, and what’s next.
• Identify cross-channel opportunities (content, PR, brand, paid) to strengthen generative and SEO visibility.
• Improve internal workflows, templates, and QA standards to scale optimization efforts.
• Interpret performance, build stakeholder buy-in, and help define strategy in an evolving GEO landscape.
