Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing programs, including SEO, in an enterprise software or B2B company.
• Proven ability to improve organic search performance and rankings, with a working understanding of how content earns visibility in AI answer engines.
• Strong abilities in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio to review data analytics and generate reports with insights.
• Familiarity with GEO and how large language models cite sources, along with hands-on use of structured data and schema markup.
• A self-motivated, performance-driven, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and GEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to optimize digital presence.
• Analyze campaign performance and report KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
• Structure content for AI answer engines using schema markup and entity definitions.
• Educate internal teams on SEO, GEO, and AI search best practices across the business.
