Job summary

RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. in Calgary seeks a Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing initiatives across Canada and the U.S., including events, trade shows, communications, and social media management.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in project management, with strong communication and collaboration skills to support brand awareness and growth in a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to create materials, manage budgets, and track results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or industry events in agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, CRM, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade shows, events, and meetings including logistics and on-site support.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures and promotional assets aligned with brand standards.
• Create internal and external content: ads, social media, blogs, newsletters, and print materials.
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory, including purchasing and shipping.
• Track marketing budgets and expenses.
• Support sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
• Perform other marketing, project and administrative duties as assigned.
