Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in content creation, writing, and digital marketing.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to tailor content to audiences and channels.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused content.
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events is a plus.
• Bilingual in French and English, with flawless written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate social media posts according to the content calendar.
• Develop and distribute content supporting communications objectives.
• Assist departments with writing, editing, and adaptation of materials.
• Transform technical information into clear, accessible content.
• Collaborate with HR to promote employer brand through digital campaigns.
• Manage content across digital platforms per editorial calendar.
• Produce content to support recruitment and business development.
• Apply copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, BAB) to messaging.
• Create automated communications aligned with user journeys.
