Job summary

eStaffing Inc. is seeking a contract Field Marketing Specialist to join our high-growth tech startup, supporting events across Canada and the CMEG team.

The role reports to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and works closely with two Field Marketing Managers. Candidates should bring fresh grads to 2-3 years of B2B marketing event experience, preferably with enterprise software, and be located near Toronto.

Qualifications

• Newly Graduated to 2-3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company or relevant internship experience
• Located near Toronto is preferred
• Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Canva, Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
• Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
• Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus
• Travel required for events (when appropriate)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and provide feedback on improving on existing process

• Support the execution of marketing activities across Canada and CMEG, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events and 3rd party sponsorships
• Support and own key operational and execution based tasks
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and reporting, pre- and post-event as well as our regular sales comms cadences
• Streamlining of procurement management and budget tracking
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable

As a contract Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and working in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers across Canada and Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming team (CMEG).

Canada-based contingent role -- proximity to Toronto highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing activities across Canada and CMEG, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events and 3rd party sponsorships

• Support and own key operational and execution based tasks
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and reporting, pre- and post-event as well as our regular sales comms cadences
