The Role

We are currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Brand and Communications. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. This role will work closely with other team members and will play a key support role in day-to-day marketing operations. The position involves handling administrative and process-driven tasks, while also taking the lead on select initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the department.

Location

Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer a hybrid work model with visits into the office a minimum of twice per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. The incumbent for this role must possess a valid driver’s license with access to transportation for travel to various sites.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop communication materials for all marketing content and assets deployed to stores across both small and large scale programs. Responsible for coordinating creative development, print production, and store-level execution
  • Lead executional coordination with vendors, including quote retrieval, print/production management, shipping logistics, and the assessment of swag or giveaway items. Also supportphotography needs and other related deliverables
  • Leads the DPO (Daily Performance Objectives) marketing project across all Distribution Centres. Including auditing, planning, creative development, and production
  • Oversee the development and execution of the annual operations report, including coordinating content with a broad stakeholder group, drafting initial versions, collecting imagery, facilitating stakeholder reviews, and finalizing the report for release
  • Manage the in-store audio channel, including script development, scheduling, deployment, and auditing for accuracy and relevancy. Maintainthe promotional audio calendar
  • Lead key initiatives including internal employee magazine, Kegs & Cases, planning, content development and production, store openings/closings, operational planning for corporate charitable programs, participates in the Bottle Drive Committee
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries to the marketing emailinbox. Provide timely response to queries related to material validation, replacement, shipment tracking, signage maintenance, etc
  • Manage the central Marketing Hub (SharePoint page) where retail teams can access tools, templates, communications, and program materials. Ensure content is current, relevant, and easily accessible
  • Provide assistance to the Category Growth team with logistics, asset organization, and shipment coordination as needed
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Marketing Communications or a related field of study
  • Valid drivers license with access to a vehicle required
Experience
  • Previous experience in marketing-related role or project management preferred but not required; internship experience would be considered
Skills
  • Basic/Intermediate graphic design skills: work in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing tasks, projects and deadlines seamlessly
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
