Impact You'll Make : Customer Service

  • Screen and interview clients regarding breach, fraud, or identity theft
  • Analyze information to assess severity
  • Prioritize tasks independently to meet deadlines
  • Provide professional customer service and assistance
  • Manage customer and client expectations
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Gather and preserve evidence for breach remediation
  • Prepare correspondence and liaise with creditors, law enforcement, and agencies
  • Clearly communicate services to customers
  • Consult with clients on breach incidents and remediation needs
  • Escalate incidents requiring further assistance

Administrative

  • Identify trends and communicate with relevant parties
  • Stay updated on laws related to breach and identity theft
  • Draft proposals for breach services
  • Participate in project planning and reporting
  • Manage document transfers and mailings
  • Ensure timely communication and accurate case documentation
  • Close resolved incident records and prepare final reports
  • Optimize breach / fraud incident processes
  • Translate correspondence and reports if necessary

This is a remote position, with occasional in-person attendance at events at management's discretion.
