Our Total Rewards team is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team! This is a temporary role with potential for future career opportunities.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Total Rewards and HR Operations team. This position will contribute to supporting the development and management of competitive and effective Total Rewards strategies.

This role involves collaboration with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Commercial Operations, Senior Leadership, and other stakeholders to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across Info-Tech Research Group’s global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative Support: providing support to employees and assist the HR Leadership team with various HR-related duties.
  • Onboarding: providing administrative support and working closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates/new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding when joining the company.
  • Compliance: assisting in ensuring compliance with regulations in all locations in which ITRG operates.
  • Total Rewards: provide support on portfolio projects and day-to-day work including acting as a liaison between employees and leadership, where appropriate.
  • Data Entry, Analysis & Reporting: entering, updating, and maintaining HR-related data.
  • Collaboration: working with various departments, leaders, and employees to support HR & Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Other HR-related duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working within a Human Resources or Total Rewards team.
  • Experience working with an HRIS, UKG is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices.
  • Work experience with Canada, US, UK, and Australia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Superior analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change effectively.
