Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead front-line teams in our Brampton facility. You will guide team members through inclusive leadership, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with FSQA, Reliability, Human Resources, and other departments to achieve production goals, while ensuring respectful treatment of all employees and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of front-line leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and people skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team to meet daily/weekly schedules.
• Participate in audits and safety talks.
• Resolve employee issues through coaching, investigations or grievances.
• Chair daily team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
