Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team within the Maintenance department.

You will direct hands-on leadership, solve complex problems, and drive the department's strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term plan. The role requires extensive experience in production-manufacturing maintenance, strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, and expertise in automation, PLCs, and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance managerial experience in production-manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and components.
• Experience with Automation, Industrial Process and Control systems, PLCs, instrumentation, robotics, and bulk handling.
• Experience with Facility Maintenance and Plant Equipment management.
• Project management skills with ability to scope work and create WBS.
• Strong RCA and problem-solving to resolve downtime.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance team and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support maintenance projects through budgeting, contractor supervision, and program execution.
• Track department budget and approve capital projects when needed.
• Schedule and manage Corrective and Preventive Work Orders.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure GMP compliance.
