• Proven ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Reading, writing, and interpreting English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support work operations by assisting with job planning, materials support and SAP time verification.
• Provide administrative support to our quality assurance process, and quality notifications.
• Prepare, organize and manage document packages.
• Gather and compile historical data to ensure knowledge retention and documentation.
• Support and complete quality reporting.
• Ensure proper handling of third-party quality management.
• Handle and resolve tier 1 customer warranty claims.
• Manage inventory management transactions.
• Evaluate and process tier 1 vendor qualifications.
• Set up and maintain master data in ERP at a tier 1 level.
• Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
