Job summary

AGI Westeel Saskatoon is seeking a General Labourer to support manufacturing of agricultural equipment. This role follows job order specifications and focuses on meeting production requirements while assisting with station setup, health, safety, and quality control.

• Knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Able to read and understand blueprints/assembly manuals.
• Production, quality, and safety orientated.
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while part of a team.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to learn and take instruction.
• Physically able to lift to 50lbs.
• Must have a form of transportation to and from the site.

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking a General Labourer to join our Team at AGI Westeel Saskatoon. This position is responsible for creating a variety of agricultural equipment components following job order specifications. The main areas of focus include meeting production requirements, station set up, health & safety and quality control.

The Team

We are currently a dynamic team of 10 from varied backgrounds. We work closely with the entire AGI Sift Current Team. The General Labourer will report directly to the Production Supervisor.
