Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition in Mississauga to lead a corporate TA team and mentor colleagues. Hybrid work is available, with on-site three days a week, and the role focuses on implementing best-in-class recruitment practices aligned with DE&I objectives.

Responsibilities include leading candidate experiences, tracking metrics, and partnering with marketing to optimize sourcing strategies. A degree and 5+ years in recruitment are required, with bilingualism a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in an HR or Talent Acquisition lead capacity.
• Minimum of 5 years end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in corporate recruitment.
• Extensive experience building multi-channel talent pipelines and managing relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
• Bilingualism is considered a strong asset.

• Allocate requisitions, track performance metrics, and communicate recruitment activity ROI to stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruitment Marketing to identify sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and monitor ROI.
• Coach hiring managers on interview techniques, conduct interviews, and oversee background checks.

We are partnering with a leading Canadian retailer to hire a Manager, Talent Acquisition who will lead and mentor the corporate recruitment team.
