This role requires a minimum of 40% on-site presence. Preference will be given to candidates based in Ottawa or Toronto. On-site expectations are subject to change and may be adjusted on a temporary or permanent basis.

In this role, you will help shape and coordinate the division-wide portfolio of strategic initiatives. Working closely with leaders within ISE and partners across the organization, you will support strategic planning, portfolio oversight, performance measurement, reporting, and financial planning while helping connect priorities across teams. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing people together, translating strategy into action, and adapting to evolving priorities.
