Salary: $25.00 - $36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities
  1. Develop budget to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  2. Evaluate daily operations
  3. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  4. Monitor staff performance
  5. Plan and organize daily operations
  6. Set staff work schedules
  7. Supervise staff
  8. Train staff
  9. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  10. Organize and maintain inventory
  11. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  12. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  13. Address customer complaints or concerns
  14. Provide customer service
  15. Manage events
