Job summary

Kibbi in Ontario seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee budgeting, cost control, and staff management across multiple restaurants. You will develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You will recruit, supervise, and schedule staff, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and coordinate with suppliers and clients for catering or facilities use. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or certificate in hospitality or business.
  • 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Certifications: First Aid, WHMIS, CPR and Safe Food Handling.
