*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our Burger team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a manager, you will play a crucial role on Grill, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their skills in the food industry and contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment.*Responsibilities** Making the patty on the Grill and in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients according to recipes.* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and handling regulations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.* Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.* Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.* Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs to maintain consistency in food quality.* Participate in kitchen clean-up duties, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.*Requirements** Must have 2 to 3 years of experienc.* Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.* Comfortable to be in Hot Environment for more than 5 hours.* Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.* Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.* Must have a car.Join our team as a restaurant manager and be part of an exciting Burger journey where your contributions will make a difference!Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Language training providedFlexible language requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* Holidays* Monday to Friday* Morning shift* On call* Overtime* Weekends as neededApplication question(s):* Do you drive?Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 2025-03-03Expected start date: 2025-06-23
