Job Description: We’re hiring a hands-on and energetic Café & Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a growing team, and help build our unique concept into a local staple. If you’re organized, hospitality-driven, and ready to make your mark in a fast-paced, community-focused business — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead day-to-day café and restaurant operations
2. Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff
3. Manage inventory, supplier orders, and cost controls
4. Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are always met
5. Handle scheduling, training, and performance feedback
6. Collaborate on menu items, promotions, and service improvements
7. Build relationships with customers and represent the brand with pride

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-casual setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tech-savvy with POS systems and scheduling tools
• Experience with seafood or café operations is a strong asset
• Smart Serve and/or Food Handler Certification is a plus
