Job summary

InsuranceWorks.ca in Vaughan, ON (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Personal Lines Manager to lead a 20+ person team of Account Managers across remote, hybrid, and in-office roles. You will drive monthly reviews, training, and performance coaching to elevate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines Insurance experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory/management experience required.
• Active RIBO license is required; CIP or CAIB designation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office).
• Comfort working under pressure and leading a team with varying skill levels.
• Familiarity with Power Broker, Applied Epic, or Compu-Quote is an asset.
• Ability to work from the office 4 days per week with some flexibility.
