Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: strong experience in Property & Casualty/Personal Lines.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service.
• Level 3 license; CIP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Personal Lines department.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
• Collaborate across Morris and Winnipeg locations.
• Establish goals, assign tasks, and monitor progress for timely completion.

We are expanding and we need a Personal Lines Manager to join our team!

We are a well-established, independently owned insurance brokerage with a strong reputation for exceptional service, professionalism and doing things the right way. We’re looking for an experienced Personal Lines Manager to join our team and help lead and support our growing Personal Lines department.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in Property & Casualty/Personal Lines insurance
• Excellent knowledge of personal insurance products, markets and coverage
• Leadership and team-management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Level 3 license (additional professional designations such as CIP preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
• Effectively defines, analyzes and resolves problems with focus on provision of solutions
• Exhibits good judgement in risk assessment and decision making
• Ability to establish goals, implement action plans and prioritize workflow
• Ability to delegate opportunities and effectively communicate expectations, monitor progress, and follow-up to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Self-motivated; identifies personal development opportunities and takes initiative to seek an apply knowledge and skills
