Deloitte’s marketing team is seeking a Manager, Marketing Transformation.

What will your typical day look like?
  • Develop and Drive Transformation Strategy: Partner with marketing leadership to shape the transformation strategy and roadmap; accountable for driving progress against key milestones.
  • Lead Special Projects: Own and execute special initiatives to accelerate transformation, such as activating new marketing channels, consolidating test learnings to scale across team and designing new marketing performance reports
  • Showcase Strategic Impact: Craft data-driven performance narratives for leadership and board audiences; deliver clear, concise updates, business cases, and progress reports.
  • Lead Culture Initiatives: Head the team’s culture taskforce to build momentum and rally the team around the transformation mandate.
  • Champion a Data-First Marketing Approach: Embed research, analytics, AI-driven personalization, and test-and-learn methodologies to drive innovation and marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor Trends and Evolve Practices: Identify and apply industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence; lead competitive reviews and maintain the marketing playbook of best practices.
  • Enable Organizational Change: Support change management efforts by educating teams on new processes, tools, and ways of working to ensure adoption and sustained impact.

You’ll design data-driven strategies, shape roadmaps, and focus on measurable KPIs and marketing ROI to fuel long-term performance growth. Working closely with the CMO and senior marketing leaders, you’ll have a front-row seat — and an active hand — in transforming the future of marketing. Enough about us, let’s talk about you


You are someone with:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally across both B2B and B2C environments; professional services or consulting experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience leading and collaborating on the orchestration of marketing strategies, operational initiatives, and execution plans to align leadership priorities and drive transformation outcomes.
  • Knowledge of large-scale marketing transformations, including digital acceleration, operational efficiency redesign, performance measurement buildouts, and enterprise change management.
  • Experience applying agile methodologies to marketing processes to accelerate delivery, improve transparency, and increase team adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and high-stakes decisions with confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Experience advising senior business executives on marketing strategy alignment with corporate objectives, driving brand leadership, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills are necessary
  • Experience with GenAi to accelerate day-to-day is an asset

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
