Lush North America is seeking a Manager in Training to support the Shop Manager while driving a unique customer experience and sales performance. You will work across operations to ensure staff engagement, product knowledge, and brand alignment with our values.

As MIT, you will lead by example, coach staff, and coordinate with market leadership to deliver exceptional service and store results while growing your leadership capabilities within a dynamic retail culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
