Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is launching its Operations Lead in Training program in Manitoba, Canada, inviting you to start a rewarding leadership path.

Over a 16-week training experience, you will gain hands-on operational skills and foundation in leadership while working alongside an experienced General Manager. You will drive unforgettable customer experiences, balance speed and quality, promote memberships, and grow your sales and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Love working with people and bring positivity to every interaction.
Lead by example, take ownership of your work, and hold yourself to high standards.
Stay motivated and goal-oriented, even when the pace picks up.
Bring proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Work closely with a General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Lead daily store operations with pace, quality, and teamwork.
Promote Mister products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.
