Roofmart is launching a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Canada, a 1–2 year fast-track to branch management and strategic sales. Selected candidates gain hands-on experience, mentorship from leaders, and exposure to multiple regions across Canada.

Join a dynamic team and build skills in operations, inside sales, inventory management, and customer relationship building while contributing to growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Geo flexibility in Canada (locations across Canada).

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving, logistics, and health and safety
• Inside Sales: software and computer transaction, customer service, order taking, and walk-in customer assistance
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling, material ordering, cycle counts, and fleet maintenance
• Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement
• Customer Sales: sales administration, customer calling, relationship building, pricing, and credit
• Human Resources and Management: people management and development, recruiting, financial performance and budgeting
