Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated department to ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead and develop a team of associates, focusing on engagement, training, and succession planning.
• Drive department sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement priorities and maintain high standards of merchandising and safety.
