Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader in Canada to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You’ll drive sales, coach a team of sales associates, open/close the store, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll spend your day on the shop floor, leading by example, delivering product demonstrations, and educating customers on skincare, ethics, and brand values. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and via community initiatives.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations for needs
