The TJX Companies, Inc. in Mississauga is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Training to grow leadership skills through an immersive program. You will rotate through store functions, gaining exposure to merchandising, customer service, and daily operations.

You will learn to analyze sales, manage expenses, and coach teams while supporting store goals. This role offers learning opportunities, growth potential, and a strong focus on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsabilités

• Participate in an on-the-job training program across store functions to support sales goals and operations.
• Oversee merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and store operations.
• Support implementation of store action plans with Store Management on projects and promotions.
• Organize and guide Coordinators, Jewelry, and Store Associate teams, including recruitment and coaching.
