Job Summary

As the HR Manager - Property Management Operations, you will oversee end-to-end HR functions for our property management teams across multiple provinces. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you'll lead and supervise day-to-day HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, policy compliance, and employee relations. You'll serve as the primary HR strategic partner for property management leaders and staff, guiding them through performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and effectively managing HR initiatives that support employee retention.
