Job summary

Kibbi is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities at our on-site location in BC. You will develop policies, supervise a small team, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

Responsibilities include enforcing procedures, handling guest requests, training staff, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance tasks to maintain smooth operations. English proficiency and 1–2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation is required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
