*Job Summary:*We are currently seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our cafeteria services team within a healthcare facility. As a *Café Manager*, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and fluency in both English and French.*Key Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food preparation and service areas* Support daily operations including restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing procedures* Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently* Provide courteous and professional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors* Adhere to all workplace safety and sanitation regulations* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient cafeteria operations*Key Requirements:**Experience:** Previous experience in a cafeteria, institutional food service, or hospitality environment is considered an asset* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting*Skills:** Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team* Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks*Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required* Valid Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)*Availability:** Availability required for morning shifts, approximately *7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (It's a Part time role initially)**Language Requirement:** Fluency in *English * (spoken and written) is mandatory*Location:** Mississauga, ONJob Type: Part-timePay: $17.20-$18.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededApplication question(s):* Are you available for morning shifts from approximately 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (It's a Part time role initially), with a compensation range of $17.20 - $18.00 per hour CAD?Experience:* Cafeteria Management: 4 years (preferred)Language:* English (required)Licence/Certification:* Food Handler Certification (required)Location:* Mississauga, ON (required)Work Location: In person
