You’ll be involved in many aspects of the restaurant, learning our systems and procedures while working with both FOH and BOH teams. Your professional, enthusiastic leadership will help set our restaurants apart while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and rave-worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

  • You are a leader who enjoys creating a culture centered around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine.
  • You contribute, alongside your management team, to recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, inventory management, scheduling, overall productivity, and health and safety meetings.
  • You strive to build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management.
  • You communicate the restaurant’s vision to staff and lead by example.
  • You take pride in your workplace, demonstrating high personal integrity, business ethics, and promoting the venue.
  • You are a team player and assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Supervisory or management experience in restaurants.
  • WSET certifications (in progress or obtained).
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate work completion.
  • Willingness to grow with the company and participate in educational opportunities.
  • Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Smart Serve certification.
