Job summary

Avanade in Toronto is seeking a Manager in Organizational Change Management to lead clients through complex business, digital, data, and AI transformations on a hybrid basis with travel to client sites.

You will partner with executives, technology teams, and end users to design and execute change strategies that accelerate adoption and deliver lasting business outcomes, including AI and Copilot adoption and operating model changes.

This is a hybrid consulting role with travel to client sites of up to 75%. The Manager in Organizational Change Management (OCM) will lead clients through complex business, digital, data, and AI transformations. You will partner with executives, business leaders, technology teams, and end users to develop and execute change strategies that accelerate adoption, drive value realization, and deliver lasting business outcomes. You will play a key role in helping clients successfully implement transformative initiatives, including AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption, data and analytics modernization, operating model transformations, and enterprise technology programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformations, technology implementations, or business transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
