Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Saint-Basile-le-Grand is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and uphold brand standards. The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, and budget planning within a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Candidates should have management experience, be autonomous, and fluent in French to ensure exceptional customer service and compliant operations at the pharmacy level.

• Plan, organize and control all operational and HR activities in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure the store's commercial image aligns with the brand.
• Hire personnel needed for smooth pharmacy operations.
• Supervise and train staff; evaluate performance.
• Plan the pharmacy budget and monitor financial performance.

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
• supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
• to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

To hold this position, the person must:

• have management experience.
