Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Sherbrooke invites applications for a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations and human resources in line with our standards. You will plan, organize and control daily activities to ensure smooth pharmacy performance.

You will hire the personnel needed, supervise and train the team, manage the budget, and ensure our commercial image meets brand guidelines. Strong French language skills are preferred; 35 hours or more per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of proven management experience.
• Ability to mobilize, work autonomously and dynamically as part of a team.
• Experience leading a team and managing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all operational and HR activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy.
• Supervise the team, oversee training and evaluate performance.
• Plan the budget for the pharmacy.
