Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Canada is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead a team in maintaining excellent customer service, daily operations, and staff development. You will oversee scheduling, hiring, evaluations, and store presentation to align with brand standards.

Proven leadership in retail is valued; if you lack management experience, we offer training. French language proficiency is required, with basic English for client interactions.

Qualifications

• French language with very good knowledge.
• English language with basic knowledge.
• Regular communication with English-speaking clients/patients and partners.
• If you don't have management experience, we will train you; management experience is a solid asset.

Responsibilities

• See to continuous improvement of customer service.
• Plan, distribute and supervise the work to be done by employees under your responsibility.

Number of hours per week:
