Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a capable pharmacy manager in Gatineau, Canada, to lead operational and human resources functions in line with company standards. The role includes hiring, supervising, training, evaluating staff, and budgeting for the pharmacy.

The successful candidate will have management experience, be autonomous, and work well in a team, with the ability to communicate with English-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with The Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Ensure that the commercial image respects The Jean Coutu Group's standards.
• Hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy.
• Supervise the work team, provide training and evaluate performance.
• Plan the budget for the pharmacy.

Within your team, your essential role will be:
