Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Lévis is seeking a capable pharmacy manager to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources activities in accordance with the company's standards. You will hire personnel and oversee the team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with brand expectations.

Strong leadership, teamwork and French language proficiency are essential. The role offers 35+ hours per week, a collaborative environment, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience.
• French language proficiency: very good knowledge.
• Team player with autonomous and dynamic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control operational and human resources activities in line with standards.
• Ensure the commercial image respects the group’s standards.
• Hire personnel for the pharmacy’s smooth operation.
• Supervise the work team, provide training and evaluate performance.
• Plan the pharmacy budget.

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
• supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
• to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

To hold this position, the person must:

• have management experience.
