The Jean Coutu Group in Montreal is seeking a capable pharmacy manager to plan, organize, and control all operational and HR activities in line with our standards.

You will recruit staff, supervise and train the team, and ensure the pharmacy's image and customer service meet our brand expectations. Flexible hours are available to support work-life balance.

This role requires strong leadership, autonomy, and a proven track record in management within a retail/pharmacy environment.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
• to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
• supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
• to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

To hold this position, the person must:

• have management experience.
