Job summary

Endy, in partnership with Sleep Country Canada, opens a new retail store at Richmond Centre Mall in Richmond. We’re hiring Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while introducing Endy’s digital brand to in-store shoppers.

You will engage customers, present products, process sales via tablet or POS, and collaborate with the Sleep Country and Endy teams to meet targets. Mandarin fluency is required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location and training is

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Zendesk or other help desk knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Mandarin fluency required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location

Customers will be able to receive a memorable shopping experience and amazing customer service in our new Retail Store that Canadians have come to know and love Endy for. We’re looking for Sales Associates to be at the heart of the customer experience, receiving sales guidance and support from Endy and Sleep Country while bringing this digital brand to life in a retail store.

In this current open role, you will:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent both the Sleep Country and Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role in order to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location
