Job summary

Endy is looking for a motivated Sales Associate in Laval to engage customers, promote sleep products, and maintain appealing store presentation. You will work with the Sleep Country and Endy brands to deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales.

The role supports a base salary plus competitive commissions and bonuses, with training and growth opportunities in a diverse, inclusive environment. Availability includes days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1-3 years in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service; asset but not mandatory.
• Positive, optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
• Willingness to learn and commit to ongoing education.
• Critical thinking and ability to tackle problems independently.
• Knowledge of Mac and Google Suite systems.
• Zendesk or other help desk knowledge is an asset.
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent both the Sleep Country and Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person
