Sleep Country Canada in Richmond Centre Mall is hiring Sales Associates to bring Endy and Sleep Country brands to life in a new retail store. You will engage customers, present products, process sales, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

You’ll join a bilingual, customer-focused team; Mandarin fluency is required. The role offers full-time hours, a base salary of 6,000 CAD monthly plus commissions and bonuses, with extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service.
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems.
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset.
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role in order to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking customers at this location.

Customers will be able to receive a memorable shopping experience and amazing customer service in our new Retail Store that Canadians have come to know and love Endy for. We’re looking for Sales Associates to be at the heart of the customer experience, receiving sales guidance and support from Endy and Sleep Country while bringing this digital brand to life in a retail store.

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this isconsidered an asset and not mandatoryas we will invest in the right person
